Contraindications :
Aerial yoga classes are meant to be for everybody, from beginner to athlete!
However, inversions being a major component of class, it is recommended to avoid aerial yoga if you suffer from heart disease, extremely high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, had a recent surgery or if you are pregnant.
Some with a propensity towards dizziness may not feel comfortable hanging upside down.
You will want to avoid eating a large meal for at least an hour before class.
